Know Jesus.
Have you ever asked Jesus into your heart and life?
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.” John 14:6
This means that Jesus is the one way to Heaven, the only way to eternal life with Him.
He that has the Son has life; and he that does not have the Son does not have life. 1 John 5:12
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Romans 6:23
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him. . . Revelation 3:20
Jesus gave His life when He died on the cross to cleanse you of sin. Romans 3:23 says “there is no one righteous, no not one.” This means that every one on this earth has sinned against God.
You must ask Jesus into your life to cleanse your sin and make you righteous in God’s sight. You can do this right now by praying the prayer below and meaning it with all your heart.
Dear Jesus,
I now know that I am a sinner. I now know that I need You to be my Lord and Savior. I believe that You died on the cross for me. I believe that You rose again. I confess and turn away from my sins.
I open my heart to You and ask You to take full control of my life. Help me to be the kind of Christian that You want me to be. AMEN.
Being a Christian means having a relationship through Jesus Christ. You need to get to know Him more. You can do this by reading your Bible, praying, and finding a church to attend regularly.
Make sure to tell others what God has done in your life.
