Aaron Otten
The group’s tenor is Aaron Otten. Aaron, originally from Greensboro, NC, now resides in Granite Quarry, NC. Aaron has been involved in music throughout his life and loves singing for the Lord. He is also one of the songwriters for Mountain Creek Harmony. Aaron has a degree in Geography with a concentration in Environmental Science from UNCGreensboro and is employed with the City of Salisbury, NC. He and his wife, Monica, the group’s alto, have a handsome son named Samuel who was born on November 21, 2002 and a beautiful daughter, Katherine, born on July 28th, 2005. He is a member of Prospect Baptist Church in Albemarle, NC and his life verse is 1 Samuel 3:19, “The Lord was with Samuel as he grew, and he let none of his words fall to the ground.”

Highlight of career: Just getting to sing...I can't wait to see what Jesus is going to do next!
Most embarrassing moment:...there's just so many, but quite a few involve me dancing.

If you weren't singing, what would you like to be doing? I'd like to be in a rocking chair on a porch somewhere in the mountains
What did you want to be when you were growing up? Mighty Mouse, but I would settle for a ride in the General Lee!
What do you listen to on the radio? NPR
If you had a month to spend traveling, where would you go? Mediterranean coast or Graceland, it's a toss-up.
What was your favorite decade and why? Any decade but the 80's...Middle School was not good to me
What snacks do you get at the movies? A bucket of buttered popcorn with extra butter, a big 'ol Cherry Coke and a pack of Goobers
